Description
Underground Clothing is looking for a motivated Retail Sales Manager to lead our retail team, drive sales, and ensure a smooth store operation. This role combines leadership, sales, and operational responsibilities, and is key to creating a great customer experience while growing our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the store according to schedule and company procedures
- Lead, motivate, and manage the retail sales team
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage
- Drive sales by coaching the team and engaging with customers
- Monitor daily store operations and maintain high standards of visual merchandising
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service
- Track sales performance, report to management, and adjust strategies to meet goals

Requirements
- 2+ years of retail or sales management experience
- Must be able to work weekdays and Saturdays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for fashion and streetwear culture
