How do I return?
- Visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
- NOTE: The customer is responsible for paying a $11.99 return label & handling fee. This fee will be automatically deducted from the customer's refund total.
What items are returnable?
- Within 10 days from the date of delivery
- In unused and unworn condition
- In the original condition with all the tags intact
- Anything other than the original condition with tags attached will NOT be accepted and you will not receive your store credit.
- Each customer may only request 1 return total. All other return requests will be rejected. If your first return has been approved and you re-order another item, you cannot request another return for the new order.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Customized products
- Underwear
- Socks
- Ski masks
Can the items be exchanged?
We do not accept exchanges at this time. You may submit a return through our Returns Portal HERE Once your returns are processed, you will be issued store credit for you to place another order.
What are the refund options?

How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
What if my order is damaged?
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
